the Other Medical Clinic hours are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Dr. Knight is here from 12:00 noon to 6.00 pm. We hope these hours allow you to come on your lunch hour or after work if needed.
Best time to call: After 10 am but before noon, Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.
Trade secret:Leave a message any time and we will call you back-most of the time even if it is Tuesday or Thursday!
APPOINTMENT TIP: If you call in and are told I cannot see you today, but we can book you for a week from Wednesday, don't hang up[up! Make the appointment anyway. Then tell us that you would like to get in sooner. We will call you in earlier if there is a cancellation.
If you do not make the appointment, but wait and call later--more appointment slots will be filled. I know it is tempting to hang up or get upset, but tomorrow is almost here!.
Remember if you are worried something cannot wait, go to the Emergency Department or call 911!
