Your Co-Pay is due at time of service. Since we do not like asking you for money, and are trying to make your visit pleasant, just offer it to us. We will accept it graciously.
We make appointments on the computer. In case of a conflict or a mix up, the computer is always right. In spite of this we will try to let you in anyway, You may have to wait. Sorry if this upsets you, but this policy was created because of patient behavior.
If you cannot make your appointment, we understand. Please cancel ahead of time so we can give that reserved time to someone else.
3 missed or cancelled appointments gives us the right not to schedule you again.
