Christine Rider is a dedicated, versatile employee. She is very helpful and efficient whether in person or on the phone. She will do her best to help you with anything you might need. At our clinic she helps answer the phone.
Christine takes care of getting all medical tests and procedures pre-approved. She fills out forms for medication pre-approval or special authorization when needed. She also files information to supplement and back up the computer, your electronic medical record.
She locates missing test results and copies your records for sub-specialist before your referral appointment-time.
