Bills
Bills, Bills, bills...

... is our Business Manager. You will also see her on our Administrative Assistant's Page.  Obviously Ashley plays a key part in the operation of our clinic!

Ashley is in charge of paying all of the clinic bills on time. She also takes your or your insurance payments to the bank. She "keeps books" using Quick Books for both the Other Medical Clinic, PLC and MedicalLinks Bldg, LLC. 

In addition Ashley serves as our laison between the Billing company we have partnered with to help us with the CODING and BILLING functions. CODING and BILLING takes training, time and experience.We have had serious and prolonged problems with billing.  During our first year, 2006, we had bills that did not get coded or sent. Medicare transposed my national identifying number and processing was delayed and repeated.

In order to solve these problems and to serve you as well as possible, we partnered first with Health Care Solutions, who grew impersonal and addded to the mess before joining with Talisman Solutions. They are now approving  or revising our codes and assisting us with electronic billing to your insurance companies.
Please call Ashley between 9 am and 5 pm for any billing questions. She is will help you work out any issues between you and Talisman Solutions
Please note that we are still resolving some problems related to secondary insurances.  
If you get a very old bill, remember that you did not get a previous bill for that date. If we missed billing your secondary insurance, tell us. If you think we made an error, or you have an item that you question, please call Ashley. You may also call the 1-800 phone number on your bill.  We thank you for your patience!
