PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
 1. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.
we do take "walk-in's on a limited basis,
but patients with an appointment have priority.
We allow walk in's based on your medical issues or needs
at the time.
I limit my schedule so that when it's your turn,
I am fully alert and you have my full attention. If you think otherwise,
let me or my staff know.

TELL THE TRUTH.
You are not her to impress me about what a good patient you are. You are here to get well, or at least to feel better.  If you really did not fill the prescription tell me.

2. TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH.
Sometimes patients think that they will only tell the doctor a little of the story, because after all, "She's the doctor. She should figure it out!"
This is not only unfair: "How can I put the puzzle together without all the pieces?"  It is potentially dangerous.  I-and doctors in general-make a diagnosis
based on the constillation or grouping of symptoms.
Every detail of your illness or injury is important.
Not only will you get well faster, you may be able to avoid lots of needless tests.
